At Absolute Sound DJ Entertainment, we have built the foundation of our business on providing the highest quality of service to our customers, at a price that is more than affordable.  Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions that might answer some of yours too!

"Who will be the DJ at my wedding?"

Most of our entertainers have been with us since day one, and we will match you up with the entertainer that we feel best fits your personality. In doing this, we will also schedule a meeting roughly two weeks prior to the event date. This will give you the opportunity to have a face to face meeting with your entertainer, to go over all of the details, and make any necessary last minute changes. More important, it gives us the opportunity to get to know you so we can add a much more personal touch to your event.

"Do you consume alcohol when you are working?"

Absolutely Not! While this is a celebration for you and your guests, this is our job, and just like any job, we do not consume alcohol while we are working.

"Can we come and watch you at a wedding where you are performing?"

As much as I would would like to say yes to this one, I don't feel that it is our place to bring additional guests to a wedding where we are entertaining. We are more than happy to provide referrals from recent clients for you to contact.

"How do your DJ's dress at their events?"

We leave the choice of our attire up to you, the client. We can dress casually, or in a Tuxedo, or anywhere in between.

"Is your music on CD's, and if so, do you get your music off of the internet?"

We've recently began converting our CD library over to computer based software, and are very pleased with the results.  We purchase our music from various subscription sites, similar to the services that provide radio stations with their music. It is highly illegal to download music off of the internet and use it in this fashion, unless it is from a subscription service.

"We've been to other events before where the DJ refused to play song requests. Will you play the songs that we and our guests request?" 

Absolutely! I've heard this complaint about others probably more times than I can count, and quite frankly, I don't understand how somebody could succeed in this business without playing song requests. 

"Do you guys just stand there and play music all night, or will you get our guests involved?

The level of our interactivity solely depends on our clients. We actually enable you to choose how interactive that you'd like us to be. We provide entertainment at all types of events. Some like us to be very interactive, some do not. We pride ourselves in providing professional entertainment that guarantees you and your guests will have a great time. 

"How many breaks do you take in an evening?"

In all of our years of providing DJ Entertainment, not once have we stopped the music in order to take a break. We will do our best to insure that you get more than you pay for, so taking a break is not an option with us.

"Do you just work locally, or are you willing to travel?

We do events on a regular basis as far as 150-200 miles away, so traveling definitely wouldn't be a problem!
